Overall quality and color are much different than the site projects. The color was far different than shown and the mat appears more cushioned on the site than what you actually get. What arrived is no thicker than two or three sheets of paper

The personalization was just a generic imprint and nothing like what’s shown on the site.

I have strong doubts this is full grain leather. Although it arrived today, I have concerns it will never lay flat since it was tightly wound and the stitching is fairly basic.

Overall just a big disappointment, especially for the cost. Seems to me it is no better than cheaper options on Amazon.

It also shipped from Pakistan so we ended up having to pay more fees through UPS.
