At Tannery Grain, we take pride in the craftmanship of our leather desk mats. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , we are here to help.
Standard Returns (14-Day Window)
We accept Returns on standard Desk mats where colour is not custom and there is not any personalisation with 14 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be strictly unused, in the exact same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Mats that show sign of use will not be eligible for refund.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Because our custom item are made strictly to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund on custom sized mats or any item that feature personalisation (such as embossed name, initials or logo). Please double check all Measurements and spelling before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is entirely responsible for paying all return shipping cost. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't process a refund until the item is successfully received and inspected at our facility.
The Refund Process
Once Your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. if the item passes inspection and is confirmed to be unused, your refund will be approved and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
