Section 3 - Custom & Personalized Orders For custom-sized desk mats and personalized items (including debossed names, initials, or logos), you are entirely responsible for providing accurate dimensions and exact spelling at the time of order. Once a custom or personalized order enters production, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. As stated in our Return Policy, all custom and personalized items are final sale.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
